The CGB System uses two elements to harness brain power to create a path to career success.
These two elements are:
1.The Process of Thinking. (The How) · Analyze · Prioritize · Organize |
2.The Content of Thinking. (The What) · Experience · Emotion · Curiosity |
The Career Growth Basics System approaches the design and creation of a progress plan for career success in a methodical and deliberate manner that:
Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones,
you’ll start having positive results. -Willie Nelson
1.THE HOW of thinking is the action of thinking.
That’s right. Thinking is an activity.
Consider these questions.
When faced with a problem what do you reach for first to solve it or end it?
Do you stop to analyze the situation?
Do you use your thoughts along with your emotions to organize and prioritize?
The How of thinking of The CGB System uses the actions of analyzing and prioritizing and organizing thoughts to harness power to support creation of a career progress plan.
2.THE WHAT are the tools of thinking.
The tools in The How element are the content in your mind.
Consider these questions.
When faced with a problem what tools do you use to find resolution?
Do you draw upon experiences?
Do you rely on emotions?
How is curiosity an important tool in The What element of thinking?
Thoughts are habits. They can be changed.
Consider these questions.
Are you using the same old thinking habits to try to solve career problems?
Are you willing to take action to harness brain power?
Are you ready to do the work to master thinking tools that support career success?
You can start this process by considering the source of the contents of your brain.
Where do your thoughts come from?
This question - Where do thoughts come from? - takes us back to
>The How – the process of thinking – the action.:
>The What – the content of thinking – the tools.
Do you readily have available the tools you need to take action to harness brain power that supports a career progress plan?
The CGB System presents tools to use to develop a mindset that
~Takes charge of thinking habits.
~Builds skills to create career success habits.
